My 100 pound journey

Beginning January 1, 2014 I am beginning my 100 pound weight loss journey using these as my beginning resources

Avoid substances at this point don’t seem to be good:  soda,  highly processed food, refined flour, habit forming food –  I can’t seem to control myself around.
